In the fall of 2021, NovaCurrent PR worked with The Steadies and Bristol Records for the release of the new single, “Light Me Up”. For this campaign, we pursued primarily North American interview opportunities for Earl Pereira, the founder of the band.
The music publicity campaign for “Light Me Up” earned The Steadies over 15 interviews and features.
Highlights included television interviews with Global News Morning Kingston and CTV Morning Live Regina, a television performance on The Hampton Roads Show, as well as additional interviews with Desert Tiger Podcast, The Sunday Night Army, This is Codi, Make Canada, VENTS Magazine, and Review Fix.
The Steadies – “Light Me Up” Official Music Video
In the summer of 2022, we worked with The Steadies again for a music publicity campaign in support of their EP, “TRIKETRA: Mind”, and it’s lead-in single, “Can’t Stop Dancin'”.
The music publicity campaign for “TRIKETRA: Mind” earned The Steadies over 20 interviews and features.
Highlights included a television interview on Global News Morning Regina, an EP premiere on Tinnitist, EP reviews from Canadian Beats and Stereo Stickman, radio interviews with CBC The Morning Edition (Regina) and The Buzz (CFCR), an EP feature from Live in Limbo, and interviews with Eat North and BuzzMusic.
