In the summer of 2023, NovaCurrent PR and Canadian country artist Jaimey Hamilton connected for a publicity campaign to promote her summer single, “Stompin’ Ground”. For this campaign, we wanted to promote the new single while also sharing Jaimey’s inspiring story as a childhood leukemia survivor.
The music publicity campaign for “Stompin’ Ground” earned over 15 press placements for Jaimey, including a song premiere from Canadian Beats, a music video premiere by Front Porch Music, interviews with The Victoria Times Colonist, Our City Tonight, Black is the New AP Style, Medium, a Live in Limbo feature, and an Instagram takeover of The Country Note.
Most notably, Jaimey was profiled by CTV Vancouver Island for a feature interview about her personal journey. The final segment not only aired on CTV Vancouver Island, but it was picked up across Canada by CTV National News.
