``TAKE IT OUT ON ME`` Single Release Publicity Campaign (2020)

In June of 2020, NovaCurrent Public Relations worked with Canadian country artist Alex Runions on the publicity outreach for his new single, “Take It Out On Me”.

From this music publicity campaign, Alex Runions earned over 40 interviews and features from media in Canada, the United States, and abroad.

Some of the highlights included television interviews and performances on Global News Morning Weekend Calgary, CTV Morning Live Regina, and CTV Morning Live Saskatoon, as well as interviews and features from Canadian Beats, VENTS Magazine, Music City Magazine, Rudy Blair, Music and Tour News, The Partae, Country in the UK, Tinnitist, and and a live performance on SCENES. The campaign earned an additional 10 placements from Instagram influencers and independent Spotify playlists.

FACTOR - Juried Sound Recording Grant Application (2022)

In the winter of 2022, NovaCurrent Public Relations reconnected with Alex Runions to prepare his application to the FACTOR Juried Sound Recording program.

NovaCurrent worked with Alex on all aspects of the initial application to the Sound Recording component of the program – including building supplementary materials, and designing a marketing plan.

Alex Runions was approved for funding in the FACTOR Juried Sound Recording program in the spring of 2023. The funding will be used for the creation of a new album.
